GIMLI SKI CLUB
Gimli Cross Country Ski Club is a vibrant and enthusiastic group of members and volunteers dedicated to the enjoyment of cross country skiing.
Founded in 1987 as a non-profit volunteer organization, GCCSC has successfully hosted the 1998 Manitoba Winter Games.
In addition to hosting events and gatherings for our membership, our club maintains 20 km of trails winding through Camp Morton Provincial Park along the shores of Lake Winnipeg, just 6 km north of Gimli, and 80 km north of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Ski Trail Conditions are posted by Gimli Cross Country Ski Club weekly. Our trails are usually groomed on Saturday mornings and/or during holidays. For the most up-to-date information, check our website frequently.
Whether you are a current or prospective member, occasional or active skier, live in the Gimli area or are visiting from places elsewhere…Welcome!
JACKRABBIT SKI PROGRAM 2023
The Jackrabbit Program is looking forward to accepting new and returning children into the program for the 2023 season. There will be, of course, a few very important pandemic related hoops which we will need to Hop Through to make this all possible.
If you are interested in participation for the 2023 season please send an email to: skigimli@gmail.com Do not send registration forms prior to the designated registration date. An appointment schedule will be created in early January, 2023 to register participants in a friendly, socially distanced fashion.
